Don't just take our word for it
I wanted to compliment the medical staff. You are truly lovely. I say this because, unfortunately, it wasn't so obvious in my previous visits. Keep it up.
I had tried five times to get a diagnosis of vulvodynia. Deep down, I already knew, but the response from Hale's gynecologist opened up a new world for me. Thank you.
I commute and doing almost everything online has transformed my life. It fits better with my schedule and I can manage my time more effectively.
I am thrilled. Why didn't anyone think of this before? I filled out the questionnaire calmly, without missing anything, and everything I had to do was very clear.
Finally, a service that stops wasting my time and unnecessary work leave. If all visits were like this, it would be much less stressful.
I am very shy. Visits often made me uncomfortable, so I gave up. This online service is ideal for me. A special thanks to your nurse.
The staff is very welcoming and easy to talk to. I discovered you through the community on Instagram and you have transformed my life.

Frequently Asked Questions
What conditions do you specialize in?
We specialize in a range of vulvovaginal conditions: vulvodynia, vestibulodynia, levator ani syndrome (vaginismus), pudendal neuropathy, pelvic floor hypertonia, endometriosis, adenomyosis, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), cystitis, vaginitis, vaginosis, candidiasis, sexually transmitted diseases (such as chlamydia or HPV), and pain during sexual intercourse. Currently, we do not diagnose endometriosis and adenomyosis, but we can treat their symptoms.
How do you choose the specialists who work with you?
We select our professionals based on their master's degree in their respective fields, their high level of specialization in genito-pelvic conditions, and their years of practical experience. At Hale, you will always find professionals who provide care with exceptional listening skills and empathy.

You can find them in detail here.
Does everything happen online?
For the most part, yes, but certain services or tests must be conducted in person, such as laboratory tests or pelvic floor rehabilitation. In these instances, we will recommend a local partner who is as close to you as possible.
How much do the services cost?
Hale has a modular pricing model: the number and type of services vary based on each person's symptoms and situation. At any point in your journey, you can decide to stop and not continue, paying only for the services you need as you go. You can view the price list here.
Can I deduct the medical expenses and services you offer?
Yes, you will receive an invoice for each health service, which you can deduct. Currently, only the psychosexology course is not deductible, but it will be soon.
Can I book just a single service that interests me?
Yes. Once you have access to your profile on the platform, we will recommend services that might be most suitable for you based on the information you provide. At that point, you can either follow our advice or independently choose a single service or an entire pathway, such as the diagnostic pathway.
How does the diagnostic part work?
Getting a diagnosis can vary greatly from person to person. After filling out an initial questionnaire and meeting your Care Team (a gynecologist and a specialized nurse), we will suggest a series of short tests to include or exclude particular conditions. The number and type of tests can vary depending on each situation—the most common are urine tests, vaginal swabs, and pelvic floor evaluation. Once the results are received, the diagnosis and your therapeutic suggestion will be explained to you.
What if I am already being followed by another specialist?
If you want a second opinion or you already have a primary gynecological health physician but would like another more specialized for these conditions, you can do that. We will do our best to facilitate the exchange of information with your primary specialist, with your consent.
Can the specialist following me on Hale become my primary care doctor?
We recommend maintaining or finding a gynecologist in your area for long-term reference, and relying on our specialists for more specific support.
